I've purchased this system in advance of Brexit to avoid a possible price rise, so it won't actually be installed until next May (2020). I therefore cannot comment on the product itself (yet) other than to say it was packaged sufficiently well that no damage was observed when checked at delivery.Regarding the service of Silverline Cooker Hoods, as I experienced a technical difficulty with the online ordering system, Shirley took my order over the phone (followed up by email confirmation) and processed my payment. Though advised that, 'next day delivery' was standard, Shirley then helped me plan a more convenient delivery date.The product arrived without delay, was handled carefully by the driver who brought it inside my home, and was fully intact.As far as I'm concerned, the service I've received from Silverline Cooker Hoods is outstanding. When the goods are installed next year, I'll write another review about the product.

Really helpful staff, especially Shirley, all know their stuff.Product is good value, a nice quality finish. Instructions are a little confusing, as are multilingual. Not installed yet, but looks encouraging.Delivery was on time and well packaged. Silverline have been a pleasure to deal with.

Very pleased with the product. It would have been a 5* rating but there was a mistake and I was initially sent a different cooker hood from the one I ordered. However this was rectified professionally and promptly. I would definitely recommend this company
